Mr. SENG Seak is a member of Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia since 2017.
Mr. SENG Seak is a member of Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia since 2017. Mr. Seak has involved in legal profession since 2012 as a legal assistance in a law firm in Cambodia. He graduated bachelor degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2014 and has hold Master Degree of Private Law in 2016. Seak has obtained Certificate of Aptitude in the Legal Profession in 2016. Mr. Seak is practicing in drafting, revising, and reviewing contracts and demand letters. Besides, he has handled litigation cases by representing/defending clients before competent courts of Cambodia.
